My extensive travels over the years have enriched my creative and talented abilities in the kitchen. As a chef with a very discriminating palate, I am becoming internationally know as a gracious hostess and exemplary cook.
I have written my own full page color cooking column in Omaha's Lifestyles magazine, have been featured on ABC's Channel 7, Omaha, Nebraska and Channel 8, Des Moines, Iowa. Many of my creative recipes are printed in numerous cookbooks and I have had a recipe in the January 1997 Bon Appetit magazine.
