Party Cheese Ball

2 - 8 ounces packages cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup sour cream or yogurt
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 clove garlic, finely diced
1 tablespoon herb blended salt
1/4 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
1/2 cup finely chopped walnuts

Beat the cream cheese until it is very smooth in a medium bowl. Mix in the sour cream or yogurt, cheddar cheese, garlic, seasoned salt, and pepper until well blended.

Place in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour or until it is firm.

Remove and shape the cheese mixture into a ball. Dampen your counter top and place a sheet of plastic wrap on the damp surface. Spread the finely chopped walnuts on the plastic wrap and then roll the cheese on the walnuts until the cheese ball is well coated.

Place walnut coated cheese ball on a plate and decorate with a ring of crackers.

This cheese ball can be made ahead. Wrap it tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for up to a week.
